Lync calls being declined because extensions are being sent in "FROM:" numbers
Lync customers who are sending their users' extensions as part of the "FROM:" numbers are having their calls declined. Please see this link for information about how to resolve this issue-
Here is a screenshot of the dialing rule configured in Lync 2013 for dropping the extension. Add this under Voice Routing-->Trunk Configuration-->Associated translation rules-->Calling number translation rules-
